2. Services
Trip Boss Travels provides travel planning, tour packages, and booking assistance
for destinations including Kashmir, Ladakh, Shimla, Manali and surrounding regions.
All packages are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All tour bookings are subject to availability and require an advance deposit to confirm.
- Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- Prices mentioned on the website are indicative and may vary based on group size, travel dates, and specific requirements.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 8 to 12 days before departure: 50% Refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: No refund.
- In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, alternative dates or credit will be offered.
5. Travel Documents
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry valid government-issued ID proof for all
destinations. Trip Boss Travels is not liable for denied entry due to missing
or invalid documentation.
6. Health & Safety
Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult their physician
before booking high-altitude destinations such as Ladakh. Trip Boss Travels recommends adequate travel insurance for all packages.
7. Liability
Trip Boss Travels acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from circumstances
beyond our control, including natural events, strikes, flight delays or political unrest.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, logos and tour descriptions are the
property of Trip Boss Travels and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use
of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 193401.
